Delivery, Returns and Exchanges
DELIVERY, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

All postage is via UK Special Delivery at £6.00.
Please contact us for a quote for delivery outside Europe.
DELIVERY
We will post your order to you no later than the seventh working day from the day you place it. The vast majority of orders are posted within two days.
We will send you an email to let you know your order has been posted.
If, in rare circumstances, we are unable to post your item within the timescale specified above, postage costs paid will be refunded to you. This is not applicable during times of postal worker industrial action.
RETURNS
You may return your order back to us up to seven working days from receipt of your goods.
If you wish to return any item, please email us at gaynor.spry@sky.com to let us know.
We will issue a full refund if the items is returned to us UNUSED in the same condition it was sent to you.
PLEASE NOTE
1. Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We do not refund on a purchase which has been lost on return to us.
2. You are responsible for the cost of posting the item back to us, unless we have inaccurately described the item in error, in which case we will cover all postage costs incurred by you.
The refund will be credited back onto your card within seven working days from when we receive the returned goods.
Please note that, depending on your bank, the refund may take a day or two to show up on your statement.
EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange for an item on the site, instead of a refund, please email and let us know and we will mark it 'on hold' until we receive your item back, then post your chosen item to you.
If there is a difference in price, we will either :
a) refund the difference if the item you want is cheaper
b) increase the chosen item's price by the difference, if it is more expensive, so you can purchase it online.
e.g You return a £100 dress, the one you'd like instead is £120. We change the price of the £120 dress to £20 and you buy online as normal.
